Srinagar: Khawaja Farooq Renzushah, Chairman Kashmir Society, called on Governor N. N. Vohra at the Raj Bhawan here today.
Putting forth various suggestions for restoration of peace and normalcy in Kashmir, Khwaja Renzushah appealed to the Governor to intervene and initiate a reconciliation process by involving all segments of the population who play key roles in Kashmir. He also urged launching of an effective campaign to fill gap between the political dispensation and the people at large.
The Governor appreciated the suggestions made by Khawaja Renzushah and urged him to mobilize the members of his organization, the Kashmir Society to set up Peace Brigades to work among the people for bringing harmony among all sections of society.
