IMUC conducts anti-narcotic campaign


Srinagar: International Muslim Unity Council (IMUC) while continuing in its unique ways of public awareness on various issues IMUC on 31 May organized much needed “ANTI-DRUG ADDICTION and ANTI NARCOTIC CAMPAIGN “Subtract the Addiction from Your LIFE!” across Kashmir at with Members of IMUC distributed Leaflets elaborating various statistics and figures highlighting the continuing trend of the menace. The campaign focus on the teachings of Quran and the traditions from the Holy Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) related to this menacing issue in our society. 

With its unique way of public awareness IMUC members distributed fruits mentioned in Quran like Fig, Pomegranate, Dates, Grapes to general public and highlighting of considering the fact that Quran and The Holy Prophet (pbuh) are the guiding lights and inspiration not just for Muslims only but for the entire humanity, while people appreciating the unique awareness campaign of the burning issue, which seemingly is negligible but in essence is a internationally suicidal menace and simultaneously encouraging the youth for criminal activities and other social imbalances.

While speaking with press and media persons IMUC Spokesperson ensures to continue the process and stressed to take the call everyone has to come in its domain to stop the menace and people in general have to feel it ethical, moral and religious duty
