Srinagar: High Court Wednesday rejected a petition seeking judicial probe into the killings of civilians in Handwara last month.
The petition was submitted by the Kashmir High Court Bar Association (KHCBA). The petition was aimed to seek the court order a probe the killings by a sitting judge.
Five civilians including a young cricketer and a lady were killed at the hands of government forces last month in the north Kashmir district of Kupwara
