Batamaloo to bypass road irks people

Srinagar: Though the authorities claim to have macadamized the roads in Valley despite the harsh winter months by importing a specific chemical from outside, the dilapidated road leading from Batamaloo to Bypass is puncturing the government claims. The transporters, residents as well as the pedestrians here have appealed the administration to redress their genuine demands at an earliest.

Locals told KNS that road leading to bypass was macadamized several times in the past but it developed potholes within no time, thereby leaving the residents in lurch at large.
