Srinagar: A woman was reportedly set on fire by her in-laws in Anantnag District of South Kashmir.
Abdul Rashid Ganaie son of Ghulam Mohammad Ganaie resident of Deva Colony, Janglat Mandi, approached in Police Post Sherbagh along with his daughter Tanveera in an injured condition and reported that she was set on fire by her in-laws at Hazratbal Anantnag. As per the medical report the woman has sustained 15% of burn injuries and is being treated in District Hospital Anantnag.
Anantnag Police has registered a case in this regard and investigation has been taken up.
