Four unregistered coaching centres sealed in Handwara

HANDWARA:  Authorities Friday sealed at least four Coaching Centres that were running without registration in Handwara town of frontier district Kupwara district.

A team of officers headed by Tehsildar Handwara Bashir Ahmed inspected various coaching centres in the town. The team sealed four un-registered coaching centres. Tehsildar Handwara told CNS that at a time when government established coaching facility for students this winter, the existing private ‘unregistered’ coaching centres that are operating in gross violation of rules are fleecing the students enrolled in these centers.

All the coaching centres have started their classes without fulfilling the parameters set by the department for their functioning,” he said adding that in the coming days all the unregistered coaching institutes will be sealed.

He made it clear that no coaching centre will be allowed to start their classes before 8 am and after 5 pm. (CNS)
