Peerbagh Murder:Kin ‘dissatisfied’ with police investigation

Srinagar: Despite a ‘thankful’ note to the police for ‘solving’ the murder mystery involving a young engineering student, Owais Bashir, the family of the deceased expressed their ‘dissatisfaction’ and said the murder of their loved one was not the handiwork of a single person.

“There are other culprits as well who are still roaming free,” the kin of the deceased said. “The mutilated body of Owais made it amply clear that it was not the act of a single individual. There are some other culprits involved in the murder and police must expose those killers.”

While reposing their full faith in police investigation, the family said that they are hopeful that police will not close the case and will investigate the matter thoroughly.
