563 Vaccination Booths to be constituted for Budgam

BUDGAM: To review the preparedness of Intensified Pulse Polio Immunization (IPPI) campaign in the District, a meeting of District Task Force (DTF) was held under the chairmanship of District Development Commissioner Mir Altaf Ahmad.

While speaking at the meeting the DDC directed the concerned officers to focus on high risk areas including slums and nomadic populations where chances of polio are on the higher side besides people should also be made aware about immunization. He exhorted that no child below 5 years be left without immunization in the district.
