Poonch: The enquiry committee which was ordered by Directorate of Health Services Jammu in death of a woman, Gulshan Kouser, has submitted their report.
According to the reports, the probe panel constituted by the Director, which consisted of CMO Poonch, Assistant Director Planning Muhammad Ismail Chowdhary and BMO Surankote Dr Pervez Khan submitted the report to ADC Poonch, Shakeel Ahmad.
I have now submitted the reports to the in charge Additional DC Poonch Shakeel Ahmad,” said the CMO Poonch.
Pertinently, Gulshan Kousar – a mother of five – had died allegedly because of high anti-biotic injection doses prescribed by a doctor at Sub District Hospital Mendhar. The death of the woman had triggered massive protests across Mendhar, prompting authorities to order multiple probes.
The authorities had also sealed a chemist shop in the area M/S Majid Medical Store.
