SRINAGAR: Candidates who had applied for the posts of Draftsman Civil in Irrigation and Flood Control and Roads and Buildings Departments in Jammu and Kashmir in January 2013 are still waiting for release of the selection list. Candidates have appealed the authorities to intervene and to make the list public soon.
A deputation of the candidates who claimed to have appeared in all requisite tests and written examinations demanded that the selection list should be made public as they have been waiting for it for months together. We applied for the posts of Draftsman Civil in January 2013 and appeared in the examination in March that year. Even after the expiry of three years, no selection list was published, the job aspirants said.
They said that theyre hopeful about the intervention of higher authorities especially concerned Ministers of these two departments.
