Govt. to Revive Weekend Entertainment in City

SRINAGAR: In order to promote Art, Culture and Languages during winter months in district Srinagar, government is planning to organise and revive the weekend entertainment through series of programmes.

District Development Commissioner, Srinagar Dr. Farooq Ahmad Lone today convened a meeting in this regard here at Srinagar.

Secretary Cultural Academy, Joint Director Information, Deputy Director Tourism, SDM Srinagar, Chairman Kashmir Music Club and other officials participated in the meeting.

The programme will commence from December 2015 at Tagore Hall Srinagar.
