JAMMU Secretary Tourism, Mr. Farooq Ahmad Shah has expressed grief and sorrow over the loss of precious lives, many of them tourists, in a chopper crash today at Katra.
In his condolence message, Mr. Shah has said Tourism Department stands with the bereaved tourist families in this hour of grief and extended his condolences to them. He also prayed for peace to the departed souls.
Mr. Shah reiterated the commitment of the department to extend all facilities to the tourists and provide them a safe and homely comfort.
The Directors of Tourism, Jammu and Kashmir have also conveyed their condolences to the bereaved tourist families.
