Free Medical Camp held in Qamarwari

Srinagar:  In a bid to curb swine flu infection in advance, free medical camp was organized in Srinagar city in which all but 250 people including school children were administered H1N1 vaccines. The camp was organized by Kawoosa Clinic at Qamarwari area that was attended by common people mostly school children from different educational institutions.

Dr Waseem Ahmed Kawoosa said that the camp was organized to check the cases of swine flu in Valley. “We administered some 250 school children with H1N1 injections and each injection cost Rs 700. It is our objective to guard the children from the deadly infection that spreads mostly during winters,” he said adding that about a dozen doctors provided free check up and medicine to the people.
