NC forms 5-member committee for Kargil

Srinagar: National Conference on Monday constituted a 5-member Committee to supervise the party reorganization in Kargil. NC General Secretary Ali Mohammad Sagar and NC Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani held a detailed meeting with party leaders and functionaries from Kargil at NC Headquarters at Nawa-e-Subha Complex in Srinagar to take stock of the party’s reorganization and membership expansion in Kargil.
Party leaders Qamar Ali Akhoon, Feroz Khan, Aga Syed Ahmad Rizvi, District Vice President Ghulam Rasool Nagvi and District Secretary Zakir Hussain were nominated to the 5-member committee that will supervise the reorganization and consolidation of the party.
Speaking on the occasion, NC General Secretary Ali Mohammad Sagar said that National Conference was the only political force that bound all three regions of the State together and the history of the State was replete with examples of peaceful co-existence, cooperation and mutual respect.
