Er Rasheed visits Zahid’s village

Srinagar: A delegation of AIP led by AIP Supremo and MLA Langate Er Rasheed including Tanveer Hussain Khan, Inam Un Nabi and Adv Sheikh Sajad this afternoon visited Botengo Islamabad to offer condolence to the family of Zahid Rasool Bhat who had succumbed to injuries as a result of Petrol bomb attack by right wing hindu extremists at Udhampur.

Speaking on the occasion, Er Rasheed while paying glowing tributes to martyr reiterated that Sangh Parivar is keen bent to make India a radical Hindu State but their nefarious designs will be foiled at all costs in Jammu & Kashmir. He accused Mufti of acting as a launching pad for RSS and demanded stern action against those RSS goons who are taking provoking processions in streets of Jammu to create fear among Muslim community.  He said “ It is not only Muslims but the Sikhs who are feeling isolated and hurt everywhere as their holy book ‘Granth Sahab’ is being desecrated by the same elements who are desecrating Holy Quran from Baderwah to Soura to hurt sentiments of Muslims. The terrible processions in Jammu have not only exposed the sick mindset of RSS but also authenticated the confession of Speaker Kavinder Gupta made at the floor of the house that he is proud to be an RSS man. It is shame on part of Mr Gupta and other BJP MLAs that they joined the processions where even guns and swords were waved in air. The so called law enforcing agencies didn’t took the cognizance that how arms were displayed despite AFSPA being in vogue in State. It clearly indicates that AFSPA is just a tool to curb voice of Muslims in the State. Their those fellow goons are yet roaming free who attacked a bank employee in Udhampur only because he was a Muslim.”

Er Rasheed also lashed out on PM Modi for offering assistance to Pakistan and Afghanistan after today’s earthquake and reminded him that if really means his words , he should explain why he has humiliated Kashmir flood victims since last year’s devastating floods. How does it carry any meaning to offer assistance to his neighbours if his govt. didn’t provided any package to those whom he claims to be India’s integral part or why did his govt. not allowed international aid to enter Kashmir, which they badly needed and rather used these floods and our sufferings to abuse Pakistan in United Nations.
