SRINAGAR: The Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, Dr. Asgar Samoon today convened a meeting here to review the process of fixation of rates for bricks in Kashmir valley.
The meeting was attended by the Director CA&PD Kashmir, ADC Srinagar, Joint Director Industries, offices of concerned departments and representatives of brick kiln owners of Kashmir valley.

The Deputy Commissioners of Budgam and Pulwama attended the meeting through video conference.

The Divisional Commissioner directed the concerned deputy commissioners to constitute the committee for fixation of rates for bricks and submit the report in this regard to Divisional Commissioner Kashmir so that the rates for bricks would be fixed accordingly.
