Srinagar: Kashmiri power lifter Mushtaq Ahmad Zargar won gold medal in Asian Bench-Press Power Lifting Championship Master II category recently during the competition held in Muscat, Oman from September 30-October 06, 2015.
This achievement also attracted Zargar title of being the Strongest Man in Asia, though at third position.

Zargar who is member of J&K Sports Powerlifting Association was and also affiliated with International and Asian Powerlifting Federation recently in Oman as part of the Indian contingent for the championship.
