India, Pak trade gunfire in Poonch

POONCH: The armies of India and Pakistan traded gunfire and shells along Line of Control (LoC) in border district of Poonch today evening.

Defence sources said that the Pakistan army “violated” ceasefire in Balakote sector of the district at 6:15 pm today. “The Indian army also retaliated and the shelling as of now is going on,” they said.

The shelling, sources said, is underway at Dhradi, Sandoot and other hamlets of the sector while the people are terrified. There was no report of injury or death to anyone.
