DGP lauds police rescue team

SRINAGAR: Director General of Police (DGP), K. Rajendra Kumar has commended Mountain Rescue Team of Jammu and Kashmir Police for their role in rescuing more than 900 pilgrims during Amar Nath Yatra 2015.

Kumar said that the rescue team deployed all along the yatra routes provided assistance to the yatris on the difficult terrains and mountains with high zest of public service.
