Private School Chairman Arrested for Thrashing Students

Pattan, Aug 17, CNS:  The chairman of a private school was arrested for allegedly thrashing two class 9 students in North Kashmir’s Pattan town.

Chairman of ‘Little Buds Public School’ allegedly thrashed two students Shoib Javid and Tamim Manzoor during school hours. “Both the students were hospitalized and taking cognizance of the complaint filed by the parents of these students, a formal case against the Chairman was registered,” a police official told CNS.

The parents of the students told CNS that the Chairman of the school who did not take any class of the students frequently beat up students on the pretext of one or the other thing. (CNS)
