Natipora residents get muddy and stinking tap water

Srinagar, Aug 17, CNS:  The inhabitants of Natipora and adjoining areas Monday alleged that from past couple of days they have been getting muddy and stinking water from taps.

A delegation from Natipora Srinagar led by Muhammad Iqbal Bhat told CNS the tap water is not potable as it stinks and is muddy in colour. “We repeatedly requested the concerned officials of PHE to look into the matter but all proved futile,” they said and appealed Chief Engineer to look into the matter.
