Geelani Calls for Shutdown in Pulwama

SRINAGAR: Condemning the civilian killing in Malangpora, Pulwama in police firing, Hurriyat (g) chairman Syed Ali Geelani while calling it as a “state terrorism” has called for a complete shutdown in Pulwama district for tomorrow (Wednesday).

In a tele-statement, Geelani said the civilian killing was the worst form of “state terrorism” as the present government has given free hand to police to subdue to the “freedom loving” people of Kashmir under the noose of gun. “I appeal the people of Pulwama district to observe complete shutdown tomorrow,” Geelani said.
