Man held pasting Jaish posters

Srinagar: A man was detained by police in south Kashmir’s Kellar area of Shopian district for his alleged involvement in the pasting of threatening militant posters.

A police official said that the man identified as Rayees Ahmad Parray of Chopan in Kellar was pasting posters of Jaish-e-Muhammad outfit in the area during night hours. “He was held on spot by a patrolling party of police,” the official said.

Meanwhile, sources said the man is being questioned by police. (GNS)
