SRINAGAR: NSA A K Doval today concluded his two-day vist to Jammu and Kashmir after holding a series of meetings with Chief Minister Mufti Mohammed Sayeed, top army and police officials during which rehabilitation and reconstruction work in the aftermath of last years floods figured prominently.
The National Security Advisor, sources said, is believed to have discussed the rehabilitation and reconstruction efforts in the Valley due to the deluge last September that caused widespread destruction in the state.
Doval, who signed off the visit with a meeting with policemen, complimented them on being in the forefront of tackling militancy in the troubled state.
