ANANTNAG: District Legal Services Authority Anantnag is organizing National Lok Adalat at ADR Centre District Court Complex Anantnag on August 08, 2015 under the Chairmanship of Chairman, District Legal Services Authority Anantnag in which cases pertaining to consumer disputes, bank matters, section 138, N.I. Act, recovery suits etc (pending and pre-litigation matters) shall be taken up for amicable settlement.
All the Judicial Officers of District Court Anantnag are requested to identify the above mentioned related cases and submit the list of such cases to District Legal Services Authority by or before August 05, 2015. Further interested persons who intend to put their pending/pre-litigation cases before the proposed Lok Adalat are directed to approach to DLSA office by or before August 05, 2015.
