Nawa Kadal landline dead for 2 months

Srinagar: For the past two months the landlines of many subscribers in Khanqah-e-Sokhta, Nawa Kadal area of old Srinagar city are dead while the BSNL continues to charge rent.

A delegation of residents from the locality said that their landlines have been dead for two months and that despite repeated reminders the authorities have failed to restore connectivity. The locals have appealed the GMT BNL to personally look into the matter.
