Madav Lal chairs BJP workers meet


Srinagar: In an effort to revitalize the party workers in the Kashmir, Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) National General Secretary, Ram Madev held party workers meet in party office Srinagar, on Wednesday.

Madev while listening to the grievances of party workers assured them that BJP’s high command was committed to address their genuine issues.

“BJP formed the government first time in the state and it is committed to the development, and good governance in the state,” Madev said.

The party’s National General Secretary also said that certain conspiracies are being created by some forces in the state and asked the party workers to act as a bridge between government and general public in the state to defeat the intentions of such persons.

He assured the party workers that Common Minimum Program (CMP) between BJP and PDP coalition would be followed in letter and spirit. “Whatever we have raised in CMP including AFSPA, NHPC and Article 370, the party will follow it letter and spirit,” he said.

Madev also assured that central government would pump more funds to rebuild the state’s wrecked economy and it would also provide much more relief to the flood affected people.
