Ansari sets 3 month deadline

SRINAGAR: Minister for Youth Services and Sports, Information Technology and Technical Education, Moulvi Imran Raza Ansari Wednesday directed district administration Baramulla to speed up developmental tempo in the district and ensure timely completion of all ongoing works within the stipulated timeframe. He also set three months deadline for completion of some important projects.

The Minister was addressing an officers meeting at Baramulla, convened to review the pace of development works and welfare schemes. The meeting which lasted for five hours also reviewed developmental scenario of Assembly Constituency Pattan.

The Minister directed the concerned officers to ensure supply of essential commodities including rice, atta, sugar and LPG to the consumers during the holy month of Ramadhan. He also directed PHE and PDD engineers to ensure uninterrupted power and water supply during the month.
