Congress echoes Omar’s words, says Mufti wants Ikhwan to unleash terror in valley

Srinagar, May 22 (KNS):  State Congress while reacting to the statement of Union Defence Minister, Friday echoed Omar Abdullah’s words, claiming that government is hell-bent to revive Ikhawani culture in valley once again.

Talking to KNS, state Congress chief Ghulam Ahmad Mir alleged Mufti Mohammad Sayeed has been exposed before the people of the state and present situation would lead valley at the brink of another disaster.

He claimed that Mufti has been installed by the BJP in JK to revive and Ikhwan culture in Jammu and Kashmir so that to make people terror stricken once again. “BJP and PDP are the two sides of the same coin and one is not different from the other and between both the parties the game is already fixed through which such statements are made,” Mir told KNS.

The state Congress chief was referring to the statement made by Union Defence Minister on Friday wherein he had that to ensure minimal collateral damage. “You have to neutralize terrorist through terrorist only. Why my soldier has to do it all the time?,” Parrikar had said.
