Crime Branch continues raids


Outdated Food items found in Anganwari centers

Srinagar- Crime Branch Kashmir widening its investigations into supply of outdated food items to the Anagnwari Centres intensified its raids in other centers after lodging a case in this regard. Besides, today Crime Branch Kashmir also Challaned fraudsters involved in preparation of fake and fictitious Court decree in respect of land in Pahalgam area.

After the registration of case FIR No. 15/2015,  the sleuths of Crime Branch, Kashmir raided Anganwari centers of Narbal, B.K.Pora, Chadoora, Budgam, Beerwah, Khag and found outdated 64 quintals of Sooji and 46 quintals of Daliya at Anganwari Center Beerwah alone. Verifications are going on in other Anganwari centers.

Meanwhile, today Crime Branch, Kashmir presented the charge sheet of a case FIR No. 01/2010 against Mohammad Shafi Shah and others. The charge sheeters were found  involved in preparation of fake and fictitious Court decree in respect of land measuring 02 Kanal and 03 marlas of one Mst Syeda resident of Wularhama, Pahalgam. The accused were found to have resorted to falsification and forgery of the documents attributed to different authorities including the Hon’ble court of Judicial Magistrate, Anantnag.
