Condolences pour in for Oboroi

Srinagar: Expressing his deep sorrow and grief over the death of son of journalist and associate of the ICRC Surinder Singh Oboroi, Hurriyat Conference (G) chairman Syed Ali Geelani expressed his condolence with the bereaved family.

Geelani telephoned Surinder Singh Oboroi alias Lovely and while expressing his grief said that he equally shares the grief of the family.

Mirwaiz

Mirwaiz Umar Farooq expressed profound grief and sorrow over the sudden and shocking death of Rabjot Singh.

In a statement Mirwaiz said that Rabjot was a budding youth and darling of the family who has been snatched by the claws of death and thus left everybody saddened. “It was just a year ago when  Oberio had to bear the grief of the death of his wife and now has lost his dear young son.  The grief is such which is difficult to express in words,” he said.

Expressing his solidarity with Oberio, Mirwaiz said, “We all stand with him at this profound   hour of grief and hoped that the Almighty will give him the courage to bear this extreme loss.”
