Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir government Tuesday constituted a committee under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary for planning and implementing the Punurjagran Project in the state.
According to the General Administration Department order Dated 24 -03-2015 with reference from the technical education/YSS department sanction has been accorded to the constitution of the State Organizing Committee, for planning and implementing the Punurjagran Project in the State of Jammu & Kashmir.
As per the order the committee shall meet once in two months or as per the need to monitor, provide resources, support and guide the Punurjagran Project in the State.
The Committee shall be serviced by the Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan, J&K, and shall be coterminous with the Project.
Chief Secretary Mohammad Iqbal Khanday will be the chairman of the 16 member committee.
