Jammu: Commissioner/Secretary, Tourism and Culture, Shailendra Kumar would attend the winter Secretariat Srinagar, from February 16 to 22. He has been asked to submit a brief note about the significant issues and complaints received from the general public and the action taken therein, to the Governor Secretariat.
