Srinagar : Reacting over the imposition of Governors Rule in JK, separatist including of Syed Ali Geelani and Mirwaiz Umar Farooq Friday said that the democratic government or Governors rule is a non-issue for them.
You cannot term it a peoples government if some parties would have formed the same. It is the New Delhi which rules here, Huriyat Conference (G) led by Syed Ali Geelani said in a tele statement to KNS. It maintained that the imposition of the governors rule is a non- issue for the people of the state and in no way shall change the situation on ground. When there was so called peoples government, wasnt the killings and turbulent situation an order of the day at that time. This development at present doesnt deserve a reaction at all.
Mirwaiz Umar Farooq while talking to KNS termed the imposition of governors rule in JK as non-issue. The developments of such nature cannot change the situation on ground, it is indeed a non- issue for us.
Huriyat Conference (JK) senior leader Shabir Ahmad Shah stated that the polls held in the presence of 8 lakh troops have no relevance and governors rule is a non- issue for the people of Jammu and Kashmir who have been struggling for their birth right since decades.
