Srinagar: According to Traffic Police, due to recent flood, Jawahar Nagar Road which is submerged and road stretch from Rambagh to Iqbal Park crossing is witnessing huge traffic load.
In order to de-congest Rambagh to Iqbal Park crossing stretch of road for smooth plying of vehicles, no passenger vehicle and sumo will be allowed to travel from Rambagh to Iqbal Park crossing.
In this connection, to reach Batamaloo all these PSVs shall be diverted via Tengpora route. Further the vehicles coming from South Kashmir shall be diverted at Panthachowk towards Byepass to reach Batamaloo through Tengpora route. This diversion plan shall remain in force for 10 days from today.
