Srinagar: Sajad Lone Chairman Peoples Conference took grave affront to the statement of Chief Patron of NC and Union Minister of New and Renewable Energy Dr Farooq Abdullah calling Kashmiris as Biggest Thieves. He termed the statement as derogatory to the collective dignity of Kashmiris and that it reflected the true nature of the NC leaderships contempt for the people.
He said in a statement that having built a political dynasty from scratch on the blood and sweat of these very common people, these dynasties now hold them in utmost disdain. Had the NC Patron looked inwards instead he wouldve found the sin of theft much profound be it the material theft , the theft of honor, the theft of rights and not the least the very theft of Kashmiri lives that these dynasties have been imposing on these very people of Kashmir which they now scorn at. Having robbed the people of Kashmir of every shred of dignity and prosperity the NC Patron has the temerity of calling them thieves. This shameless name calling coming from a person who has just recently been named as one of the most corrupt people in India by Indians themselves and named as the main accused in a multi Crore scam within the state, only reflects the increasing insecurity and desperation on the partys part. Being used to trampling the self-respect of the Kashmiri people for the past three generations its time for the Delhi backed pretenders to snap out of their delusions and start to respect the Kashmiri people, for all their stolen riches and glories are on the dint of these very people.
