JAMMU: Governor N.N. Vohra released the 2nd Edition of Shri Amarnathji Yatra -2014 Guide Book here at Raj Bhavan today. This Guide has been brought out by Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh Tourism Development Cooperative Ltd. (JKLTDC). Mr. Navin K. Choudhary, CEO, Shri Amarnath Shrine Board was present on the occasion.
The Governor appreciated the efforts of JKLTDC in bringing out a comprehensive Guide for assisting potential Yatris to the Shri Amarnathji Shrine. He observed that the dissemination of relevant information will help the intending pilgrims to undertake a safe and comfortable Yatra.
The Guide provides information about Yatra Registration Centres and the procedure to be followed for obtaining Compulsory Health Certificates, Group Registration, NRI Registration, Health Advisory and Dos and Donts to be followed by the Yatris, important telephone numbers, guidance about Hotel and Helicopter booking etc. for the facilitation of the Yatris.
