SRINAGAR: Mr Justice Mansoor Ahmad Mir, Judge of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir, has been transferred to the High Court of Himachal Pradesh.
An official press release said that the President had, after consultation with the Governor of Jammu & Kashmir and the Chief Justice of India, also directed Mr Justice Mir to assume charge of his new office on or before December 3, 2013.
