The delegation was led by Chairman KEA, Muhammad Yaseen Khan and included Mohammad Iqbal Trmboo, Siraj Ahmad and other members. This is for the first time that Kashmir’s business fraternity

would embark on a mission to revive the ‘lost connections’ between the two regions of the state.

“There is a big gap between the people living in the Chenab valley and their brethren in Kashmir. This is for the first time that Kashmir’s business fraternity would embark on a mission to revive the ‘lost connections’ between the two regions of the state.

Mohmaad Yaseen Khan said that delegation will discuss investment opportunities and joint-ventures between the two sides. “We will meet business and trade associations there and discuss ventures of mutual interest.”

He further said that the Alliance had been planning to reach out to Chenab valley and other district since long and now we are ready to utilize every possible option to have strong economic ties with our Rajouri, Poonch, Ramban and Doda districts,” he said. “We will assess the situation there which includes geography of the areas, potential of business ventures, and other viabilities,” he added.
