HCBA grieved over accidental deaths

Srinagar: The High Court Bar Association (HCBA) has expressed grief and shock over the accidental deaths that took place at Chakla Baramulla.

According to a statement, Aijaz Bedar, vice president HCBA has said that in an emergency meeting of the Bar Executive, held today at Sadder Court Srinagar, the members condoled the sad and tragic demise of Raja Inayatullah Khan, Uncle of Raja Reyaz Ahmad Khan Advocate and his son Parvez Ahmad Khan and a teenaged girl namely Maria Masood daughter of Engineer Masood Ahmad Khan a student of 7th class, who met an accident on 17th of October 2013, at Chakla Baramulla, while travelling in a Maruti vehicle.

“The members, while showing solidarity with the bereaved families also prayed the Almighty Allah to rest the soul of all the three in peace and give patience to the bereaved families to bear the loss,” reads the Bar statement said.
