Srinagar: Expressing serious concern over the growing trend of liquor consumption in valley, Kashmirs grand Mufti Mohammad Bashir-Ud-Din Ahmad Farooqi called for the unity among the religious organisations for the eradication of the evil.

All the Hon'ble members of the State Legislative assembly/council, leaving aside their respective political affiliations should not allow to move any bill if tabled on the floor of the house which will give a sort of boost for the sale / use of drinking alcohol and other social evils prevailing in the State.
