Srinagar: J&K Yateem Foundation is holding screening session of its film titled Together with Orphans, Widows & Destitute/ Ehsaas-e-ShafaqatYateemoun, Bewawoun Aur Mohtajoun Ke Shana Ba Shana (in Urdu) & Tarana-i-Baitul Hilal (Baitul Hilal anthem)on July 25 (Thursday) at 2 pm at Voluntary Medicare Society Auditorium, Shafaqat School Of Rehabilitation For Children With Multiple Disabilities, Near Bait ul Hujaj (Hajj House), Bemina.
The 43 minute film, according to a statement talks about the plight of orphans, widows & destitute besides the opinion and comments from cross section including academicians, jurists, mediapersons, entrepreneurs etc and also showcases the activities of J&K Yateem Foundation.
The 12 minute Tarana-i-Baitul Hilal (Baitul Hilal anthem) with visual treatment, portrays the life of orphan children at J&K Yateem Foundations orphanage Baitul Hilal, Jawahar Nagar, Srinagar & Chawalgam, Kulgam.
The screening session shall be of 55 minutes followed by special remarks by VMS President Dr Mir Mohammad Maqbool (10-15 Minutes), followed by 15-20 minutes Comments Session from audience.
The total session shall not exceed 90 Minutes, the statement added.
