SRINAGAR- Government today issued orders of promotion and adjustment of 32 officers and officials of the Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs .
Subject to confirmation by PSC/DPC, officiating promotion orders have been issued in favour of two Senior Law Officers as Additional Secretaries, these included Mr. Nazir Ahmed Thakur and Mrs Renu Mahajan. Similarly three Public Law Officers have been promoted as Senior Law Officers which includes, Mr. Altaf Hussain, Mr. Javeed Ahmed and Mr. Mohammad Akbar Dar. While as Senior Scale Stenographer, Mr. Khazir Mohammad Shah has been promoted as Private Secretary in the State Human Right Commission. As many as Six Legal Assistant have also been promoted as Public Law Officers.
Promotion has also been accorded to two Assistant Legal Remembrancers as Dy Legal Remembrancers. Government also accorded promotion to two Junior Scale Stenographers as Senior Scale Stenographers.
Ten Junior Legal Assistants have been accorded promotion as Legal Assistants and four senior assistants have been promoted as Junior Legal Assistants, while as four senior Assistant have been promoted as Head Assistant/ Reader-cum- Record Keeper in the Department.
