Bangalore blast politically motivated: Milli Council

NEW DELHI: All India Milli Council has strongly condemned the bomb blast near the state headquarters of ruling Bharatiya Janata Party in Bangalore on Wednesday. Dr. Mohammad Manzoor Alam, General Secretary, Milli Council demanded serious probe into the blast to bring the culprits to the book.

“It seems the bomb blast has been executed to influence the electoral activities. The selection of neighborhood of BJP office for the blast also points to another direction. This blast should be seriously probed and culprits must be prosecuted. The probe must not be given a wrong direction by media trial as it has happened in the past,” said Dr. Alam today.

In the blast on Wednesday, 16 people including 11 policemen were reportedly wounded and two cars were destroyed.
