Army recruitment rally from Apr 18

SRINAGAR: Army Recruiting Office Srinagar will be holding an open recruitment rally at Anantnag (High Ground) from 18 Apr 2013 to 24 Apr 2013 for all districts of Kashmir Valley.  Aspirants for all categories, meeting the eligibility criteria and hailing from following districts, should report at the Rally Site at 0700hrs for screening, as per following schedule:-

Shopian, Kulgam and Ganderbal on 18 Apr 2013, Bandipora, Budgam and Baramulla on 19 Apr 2013, Anantnag and Srinagar on 20 Apr 2013, Kupwara and Pulwama on 21 Apr 2013.

The Screening will be conducted for Soldier General Duty, Soldier Clk/SKT, Soldier Technical and Soldier Nursing Assistant categories, during the Rally. Screening will include physical fitness tests, Physical Measurement tests, documents check and medical examination.

Aspirants between age of 17 Yrs 06 Months to 21 Years as on 18 Apr 2013 and having min qualification of 10th class are eligible for Soldier General Duty category.  Candidates in age group of 17 Yrs 06 months to 23 Yrs and having qualification of 12th are eligible for Soldier Clk/SKT, Soldier Technical and Soldier Nursing Assistant categories.  Candidates should be in possession of all original education certificates, Domicile certificate issued by DC, Caste certificate issued by Tehsildar/SDM and three Character Certificates issued by Police, School & Sarpanch/Numberdar in last 6 months.  Attested Photostat copies of these documents and 12 passport size photographs should also be brought.  For detailed eligibility criteria and for clarifications, candidates are advised to contact Army Recruiting Office Srinagar at 0194-2311282.  Aspirants may also contact DCs office at district HQ or nearest Army Unit, which have also been sent copy of the Notification.
