SRINAGAR: MOS Technical Education, Vikar Rasool informed the House today that as per standing orders, the five years service of Rehbar-e-Taleem is counted as qualifying service exclusively for pension if the said tenure is continuous.
Replying to a question Vikar said that new pension scheme has been introduced with effect from January 1, 2010, adding that counting of five years of service of ReT teachers in their service records does not arise after December 31, 2009.
