SRINAGAR: Accusing Jammu based cable operators for meddling into the affairs of Site Entertainment Network (SEN), cable operators from South Kashmir Friday denounced allegations that SEN has any outstanding towards any other Cable Network.

“Some Jammu based cable operators are acting like East India Company and they want to show their presence in Kashmir.

The Cable operators associated with SEN have become political prey but we are whole heartedly supporting them,” Fayaz Ahmed Bhat , president ACOA said.

He said that SEN is being not allowed to function smoothly because all the operators who run it are Kashmiri’s. “Jammu based operators are acting in an imperialistic way and want to dominate the cable functioning in Kashmir which is not acceptable to us.. We are not going to accept their monopoly. They have proper documents and authorized to air channels and have even approached to Court to get justice which Jammu based operators want to trample,” he said.
