BANDIPORE: The department of Agriculture is going to depute 500 farmers within the district and 30 farmers within the State for exposure tour shortly under Technology Mission and RKVY respectively.
This was state by the Chief Agriculture Officer, Bandipora after he flagged off 10 farmers from here under Agriculture Technology Management Agency (ATMA) for 7 days exposure tour to PAU Ludhiana and Indo-Israel Vegetable Project, Gharaunda Haryana where they shall be imparted training on different fields of agriculture.
The Chief Agriculture Officer said that a district level exhibition-cum-vegetable show shall also be organized under ATMA in the district.
