Khoda Made First J&K CVC

JAMMU:Former Director-General of Police Kuldeep Khoda was today appointed as first Chief Vigilance Commissioner of Jammu and Kashmir.

“Governor N N Vohra appointed Khoda as the Chief Vigilance Commissioner,” an official spokesman here told UNI. Mr Khoda attained superannuation on May 31, 2012. He said the Governor also appointed R K Jerath as new Vigilance Commissioner of the State Vigilance Commission.

The appointments shall take effect from the date the officers assume charge in the State Vigilance Commission, he added.
