Free Lodging for Stranded Passengers

JAMMU: MOS Home Sajad Ahmad Kichloo today visited main Bus Stand, Jammu and assured the stranded passengers that free boarding and lodging facilities will be provided to them till the vehicular movement is restored on the highway. The traffic movement on Srinagar-Jammu National Highway has been stopped as a pre-cautionary measures in the wake of heavy snowfall.

The Minister directed the concerned officers to take stringent action against the profiteers especially those hoteliers who are charging exorbitant rates from the stranded passengers.
